Tis the season to be jolly and the countdown to the big day has begun! For most of us, the month of December is a busy one and it’s likely you’ll be burning the candle at both ends! We’ve all been there…

So with this in mind, we have put together a few tips and tricks to get you through the festive season in one piece!

Rehydrate, rehydrate, rehydrate!

I know, I know… you’ve heard it all before but there is nothing more important than topping up those hydration levels after a big night out. If you can stomach it, try coconut water. It’s a great way to up your potassium levels and replace all those electrolytes you lost throwing shapes on the dance floor at the work Christmas party last night!

Beet it!

The chances are that your work play schedule is of off the scales in the month of December and energy levels are at an all-time low. The answer? Beetroot!
