Whether you’re hosting the Sunday barbeque, need a pick-me-up after a booze-y Saturday night, or just want to share some fun in the sun with your friends & fam, here are some of our smoothie recipes to complement your weekend.

Strawberry cool - Serves 4
This smoothie packs in the antioxidants, vitamins & fibre – and its name doesn’t lie, it will keep you cool should London decide to send the sun out.

Into the blender:
500 ml orange juice
2 medium sized bananas
8 scoops of low fat frozen yoghurt
6 cups of fresh or frozen strawberries
For a little extra: Add a light or golden rum with a squeeze of lime and you’re on your way to a strawberry daiqui


Peach Passion - Serves 4
*Warning* this tropical smoothie can result in intense illusions of a summer holiday, please drink at your own risk.

Into the blender:
500 ml orange juice
2 medium sized bananas
2 large sized peaches
8 scoops of low fat yoghurt
4 tbl spoons of fresh or canned passionfruit
For a little extra: Try it with a shot (or two) of vodka! If you’re feeling extra thirsty, top with prosecco for the perfect Sunday cocktail.

Add some fresh mint & extra passionfruit pulp to garnish.

Mango Madness - Serves 4
This smoothie is a classic, and always goes down well with the in-laws, grandparents, the yoga ladies & even the fussiest of kids.

Into the blender:
500 ml orange juice
2 medium bananas
8 scoops of low fat yoghurt
6 cups of mango, fresh or frozen
For a little extra (not child-friendly): Tickle your taste buds by adding in a few splashes of vodka. Alcohol will help bring out the natural flavours of the fruit, so prepare yourself for a flavourful explosion.
