She recently launched A Belly Full Of Events to combine her passion for providing evidence based research to all, whilst still eating incredible food. She also is a well-known body positivity advocate and uses her social media platforms to grow awareness around chronic illness and scars bryonyehopkins.

Dr Michelle Braude is a qualified medical doctor, having completed a BSc degree in Nutrition at King's College. In addition Michelle is an expert on gut health, having completed additional studies in gastroenterology at Whittington Hospital. Her passion for nutrition and healthy living led to her setting up her own nutrition practice, The Food Effect, in 2012. Michelle combines her knowledge and passion in the fields of medicine and nutrition to help clients with medical conditions. She also helps those looking to lose weight, improve their diet, and optimize their overall health and well-being.

In addition Michelle penned the bestselling "The Food Effect Diet", which was serialized by The Times in 2018. You can also find Michelle on social media at thefoodeffectdr.

James Kidman joined Crussh in January 2017 and is responsible for all things food and nutrition. As constant innovators in healthy eating, James leads our mission to improve the wellbeing of London every day!

James acheived a degree in Food Science & Nutrition in 2011, and subsequently worked on product ranges for Waitrose and M&S. As a result he was quick off the mark in launching over 40 products in his first 6 months, including raw energy balls and vegan desserts.
