The majority of our food is made daily in our central kitchen. In our kitchen, all our food waste is collected by ReFood, where our food waste is then turned into green energy. This equates to approximately 1 tonne a week of organic waste which is diverted from landfill.

In over half our stores, our food waste produced as a biproduct of production preparation, like our fresh juice, is put into designated food waste bags that are composted.
