Drink your greens

A variety of Crussh green juices

Green juice isn’t new!

First emerging as a trend in 2013, UK internet searches for Green Juice see a huge spike each January[1] , and it has become synonymous with New Year fitness and wellbeing after indulgent Christmases.

Some of the long-suggested benefits of starting your day with a glass of green goodness include improved energy, high levels of essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, a boosted immune system, improvements in gut health and alkalising your diet.

All sounds great right?

But with people becoming way more clued up about what they are putting into their bodies there have also been concerns in recent years around the sugar content of some supposedly ‘healthy’ green drinks.

At Crussh we never add sugar or artificial sweeteners to our Juices, each one is freshly blended to order using raw fruit and vegetables.

If you are looking for guaranteed healthy options, we now have trio of low sugar, high veg content green juices that contribute one of your five a day. In addition each of these juices is under 100cals with less than 10gs of sugar per serving[2]  helping you to kick off a healthy 2020.

  • Crussh Classic Veggie Greens has all the goodness – kale, spinach, ginger, lime, celery, cucumber. You’ll be fighting fit after a daily dose of this juice!
  • *NEW* The Green Virgin Mary is an angelic blend of tomato, kale, celery, lemon and cucumber, with no vodka in sight!
  • *NEW* You asked, we listened – Hot Trend Celery Juice is now a fully-fledged menu item. Start your day with right with a cup and feel the benefits!
