Make your own ‘Croats’!

So you've heard of 'Zoats' but what on earth are ‘Croats’?

Our 'Croats' also know as carrot and sultana overnight oats are the latest edition to the Crussh menu! Super simple, super yummy and one step closer to your 10 a day.

Give them a try at home with our easy peasy recipe.

Top Tip: 'Croats' are best when left overnight, so plan ahead and pop these in the fridge the night before!

You’ll need:

(makes 4 portions)

  • 350ml almond milk
  • 150ml apple juice
  • 150g oats
  • 100g grated carrot
  • 50g almond butter
  • 40g sultanas
  • 25g chopped walnuts
  • 1tsp cinnamon


To make:

  • Measure the oats, carrot (best finely grated), almond butter, sultanas, chopped walnuts & cinnamon into a large mixing bowl
  • Measure the almond milk and apple juice into a jug before pouring over the dry ingredients
  • Give it a good stir to make sure everything is well mixed before transferring into an air tight container & putting in fridge overnight
  • Wake up, grab out the fridge and enjoy, simple!
