Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Gift cards can be redeemed at participating Crussh stores for all Crussh goods. They may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the card on payment of the difference. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards can be activated with a minimum value of £5. If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After the expiry of this period any remaining balance will be cancelled. Balance enquiries can be obtained at participating Crussh tills. Gift cards should be treated as cash. They are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards. Crussh will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights, for example in the event they are not of satisfactory quality.
Gift cards cannot be used in the following Crussh concessions, or for payment of Crussh goods at supermarkets, retailers or on delivery platforms, including:
- Sodexo operated cafes
- Sainsbury’s
- WHSmith
- Getir
- Deliveroo
- Spoonfed – online catering service
Crussh reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift cards at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Privacy Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information.
Loyalty Cards
Coffee loyalty card: Buy 7 hot drinks & receive the 8th one for free. Any hot drink, any size. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Not valid for corporate accounts or delivery service.
Juice & smoothie loyalty card: Buy 9 juices or smoothies & receive the 10th one for free. Any size, any flavour. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Not valid for corporate accounts or delivery service.
